The Apple Macintosh has recently been gaining traction in India according to a magazine which tells us how to install windows vista on a Mac, enabling us to run all the applications which we love on Windows. Most of us have a vague idea about of Mac that it’s just a fancy-looking computer that is not suitable for real work. But it falls short of our idea. It’s a good platform for all sort of user tasks from student’s to office goers. It’s good for us that we can able to run window’s applications on Apple’s Mac too. The hardware’s inside Mac is same as that of a standard Window’s PC. Thus it means that it can perform just as well as on our PC’s. The first requirement which is to dual boot between a Mac and Windows is that to install the Mac first and then our Windows OS using a utility in Mac called BOOT CAMP which is free of cost. It will do the entire partitioning job. If you can’t partition it using this then you can apt to coriolis software though it’s not free. It’s possible to boot between Mac and other operating systems like XP, VISTA and even Linux too.
